How to contribute
You don't have to carry it alone and you don't have to explain it perfectly.
This is a space for the big, invisible feelings. If you've ever tried to make sense of something difficult through a creative outlet, however small, however rough, we'd love to share it here.
A poem. A journal entry. A letter to your past self. One honest sentence. A list of things that help. A drawing or painting. A collage or mood board. A photo that captures a feeling. A doodle from a hard day. A playlist that carried you. An original song or piece. Songs with a note about why. A resource that actually helped or what you wish you'd known. Embroidery. Jewellery making. Pottery. Spoken word. Comedy. Theatre. A zine. Anything! There’s no wrong format!
It doesn't have to be finished. It doesn't have to be polished. It doesn't have to be the whole story.
A scribble on a bad day counts. Whatever you made when you needed somewhere to put it, that's what belongs here.
We're not a gallery. We're not a competition. We're just a place to say: this is what it looked like for me.
Anonymous submissions are completely welcome. No name needed, just your story.
A note on sharing your story
When you submit something to The Quiet Support Project, you're giving us permission to share it on this website and our social media channels. Here's exactly what that means:
We will never monetise from your contribution. This project is free and will always stay that way.
You can ask us to take your submission down at any time, no questions asked. Just get in touch and we'll remove it promptly.
If you'd like us to link to your website, social media, or anything else alongside your piece, just say the word and we'll make it happen.
Your story belongs to you. We're just honoured to give it a home.
