Welcome to The Quiet Support Project
A space for people living with invisible struggles, whether it’s mental health challenges, chronic illness, or anything in between. This project exists to provide validation, understanding, and practical resources for anyone who often feels unseen or unheard.
Why “Quiet Support”?
Many experiences, like chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, or brain fog aren’t visible to the outside world. That doesn’t make them any less real. The Quiet Support Project is about creating a safe, empathetic space where these experiences are recognised, shared, and supported.
What We Do
Here, you’ll find:
Illustrated Guides & Comics: Digestible stories that explain experiences many people live every day
Practical Tools: Symptom trackers, checklists, and other resources to help you manage and understand your symptoms
Articles & Tips: Accessible explanations and self-care suggestions grounded in research and lived experience
Community Links: Trusted organisations and support networks to connect you with further help
Who This Is For
This project is for anyone navigating invisible struggles, including mental health challenges, chronic conditions, and women’s health concerns. You don’t need a diagnosis to belong here, if it affects your life and your wellbeing, this space is for you.
Our Approach
Inclusive: We focus on experiences, not labels
Creative: We use illustration, design, and storytelling to make information digestible and approachable
Practical: Every resource is designed to be actionable and supportive, without replacing professional medical advice
A Note from the Founder
I started The Quiet Support Project because I wanted to use my skills as a designer and illustrator to help people feel seen. What fills my cup is helping others, and this project is my way of putting that care into the world, quietly, visually, and meaningfully.
Thank you for visiting. You’re not alone, and your experience matters
